JK55 operates in PKR only. When registering, your account currency is automatically set to Pakistani Rupees. This cannot be changed after registration. All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals will be denominated in PKR throughout your time on the platform.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your JK55 account. This includes every bet placed, every deposit made and every withdrawal requested — regardless of whether you personally initiated that activity or whether your account was accessed by someone else as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Your username and password must be kept confidential at all times. Do not share your login details with any other person, including family members. JK55 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to JK55 support immediately.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact JK55 support immediately. You should also change your password at the earliest opportunity. JK55 will investigate reported cases of unauthorised access but cannot be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You are responsible for reviewing your account transaction history regularly. If you notice any discrepancy — an unrecognised deposit, an incorrect withdrawal amount or a bet you did not place — you must report it to JK55 support within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
JK55 supports a range of Pakistan-specific payment methods to make funding your account as straightforward as possible. Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the payment method selected. The minimum for each method is displayed at the point of deposit. JK55 reserves the right to update minimum deposit amounts at any time, with changes reflected on the Deposit page.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you. You may not deposit funds from a payment method registered in another person's name. JK55 may request proof that a payment method belongs to you before processing withdrawals back to that method. Using a third-party payment account to fund your JK55 wallet is grounds for account suspension and fund forfeiture.
If a deposit does not appear in your JK55 wallet within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number. JK55 will investigate and resolve genuine deposit failures promptly. Do not initiate a second deposit for the same amount without first confirming that the original transaction failed — duplicate deposits will be credited and treated as separate transactions.
Withdrawal requests on JK55 are processed to the payment method you used to deposit, where possible. If multiple deposit methods were used, JK55 will determine the appropriate withdrawal route based on the deposit history and applicable procedures. All withdrawals are in PKR.
Before your first withdrawal — or at any point where JK55 considers it necessary — you may be required to verify your identity. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID (CNIC or passport) and, where relevant, proof of your payment method. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until verification is complete. Providing fraudulent documents is a criminal matter and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
JK55 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual timelines depend on your chosen payment method and any verification requirements. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers. JK55 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after funds have been released from our end.

JK55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are actively being wagered, except where fraud or abuse is identified.

These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to individual game rules, not instead of them.
Once a bet has been confirmed and a game round has concluded, the result is final. JK55 does not reverse or cancel completed game rounds except in cases of a verified technical malfunction that directly affected the outcome. In the event of a genuine malfunction, JK55 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's wallet.
RNG-based casino games on JK55 use certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are determined purely by algorithm and cannot be influenced by JK55, the player or any third party. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all casino games are based on this certified RNG system and are accurate as published.
JK55 is not responsible for bets lost due to poor internet connectivity, mobile data interruptions or device failures on the player's end. If a round is interrupted by a connection failure before completion, the system will resolve the round based on the game's internal state at the point of disconnection. If the game state cannot be resolved, the stake will be returned.
Live casino games on JK55 are conducted by real human dealers operating physical tables streamed via high-definition video. The same general betting rules apply — confirmed bets are final. Live casino has additional considerations specific to the real-time format.
Each live casino round has a defined betting window. Once the dealer announces that betting is closed — or once the system automatically locks the betting interface — no further bets can be placed for that round. Any attempt to place a bet after the cutoff is rejected by the system and no funds are deducted.
If a live casino stream is interrupted during a round, the system records the game state at the point of interruption. JK55 will use available data to settle the round correctly. If settlement cannot be determined accurately, the round will be voided and stakes returned. This process is handled automatically and is not subject to individual dispute unless a clear system error is identified.

A bet is only accepted and valid once JK55's system confirms it and deducts the stake from your wallet. A bet slip that has been submitted but not yet confirmed — for example, due to an odds change or a connection issue during submission — is not a valid bet. JK55 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to be placed with knowledge of a fixed outcome or event manipulation.
Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet slip may differ slightly from the odds at final confirmation if prices have moved. Your bet will be settled at the odds confirmed at acceptance, not the odds originally displayed when you began building your bet slip.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled after betting has opened, JK55 will apply standard industry settlement rules. For Cricket matches — including PSL fixtures — if a match does not reach the minimum number of overs required for an official result, most markets will be voided and stakes returned. Live in-play betting markets are available on selected Cricket and other sporting events. In-play odds move quickly and reflect real-time match conditions. JK55 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time during an event, particularly when live data feeds indicate a significant event is occurring or has just occurred.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on JK55. This list is not exhaustive — JK55 reserves the right to take action against any behaviour it deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
JK55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms and Conditions, identification of prohibited activities, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraud or money laundering, and requests from the player themselves.
If you wish to close your JK55 account, contact support. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure — after deducting any bonus funds — will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements. Accounts closed at the player's request for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) may be subject to a cooling-off period before any remaining balance is processed.
If your account is suspended pending an investigation, your balance will be held in your account during that period. JK55 will conduct its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to you. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, funds relating to the breach may be forfeited. If no breach is found, your account will be reinstated with your full balance intact.
